This is one area where I don't have too much experience. Not a big fan of corned beef and cabbage... give me corn, beef and cabbage (raw, or coleslaw) instead!
I'll look to see if I can find any recipes that look appetizing to me though
I don't know how authentic or traditional any of these recipes are (the first is an Irish spin on a French classic), but they looked pretty good to me!

Brown Soda Bread (supposedly a healthier version of traditional Irish soda bread)
We're making up a recipe for Shepard's pie tonight, so I might have another recipe tomorrow depending on how it turns out!
