I just realized I hadn't seen a new post from you in my reader - for some reason your blog is not updating automatically for me. boo!
I know you're a bag lady, and I'm on the hunt for a new camera bag since I'm now carrying 3 lenses instead of 2. recommend any in particular? my current one is from Etsy, and I love it, but I want something more durable. and something more "grown up." haha
also, I want to snuggle your cats.

Re: ::Auguri::
I prefer bag whore to bag lady, thank you very much!
For my blog, I changed the name and URL and it screwed up my followers and what they get for feeds. I think if you unfollow and then re-follow you'll get feeds, or you might be able to just click follow again. I don't know, I screwed it up and couldn't figure out how to fix it. I'm blog-dumb.
Anyway, I seriously have way too many bags and I want more. My current favorite is my Kelly Moore Hobo bag. I can fit my camera with lens and two additional lenses, plus some purse type stuff. It has a crossbody strap and it fits close too the body when worn and isn't so bulky. I take it whenever I travel because it is stylish and easy to carry. I love my Epiphanie Ginger bag, but it is bulkier than the hobo when worn. The good thing about Ginger is that she is bigger and I can carry more stuff, like an extra lens (or two) and an external flash.
My favorite not-so-stylish, but super handy option is the Tamrac Adventure 9 backpack. I take that as my carry-on for my laptop or iPad and camera gear when I travel. Then I just transfer things to the Hobo when I go out.
Another bag option that you may run across is the Ketti bag. They are really cute bags, but I recently sold mine because it just wasn't practical for me. It would fit all the gear that you have now, but the dividers aren't adjustable and it doesn't have a cross body strap. I would wear the hand straps on my shoulder, but if I wanted to shoot, I would have to set the bag down or give it to DH. With my Hobo, I can shoot and wear it at the same time. Great for when you are in public places and don't want to set down your expensive gear so you can take a photo.
My recommendation would probably be the Kelly Moore Hobo, but I think you should also look at the Jo Totes, I have heard great reviews on them and they are actually cheaper than the Kelly Moore and Epiphanie bags. I REALLY want a Jo Tote but am going to have to find a way to justify another bag. I love the styles and colors and everyone says they are very roomy, cute and well made.
Let me know if you want me to take any pictures of the bags or need anymore info. There are quite a few options out there but these are some of the ones that I have actually tried or that I am looking at right now.
Sorry this got so long and I am totally rambling. But there you have it!
And my kitties would totally love some snuggles. Spitze is the man of the house for a couple days while Brandon is out of town, and he loves to sleep next to me in Brandon's spot so that I feel safe. Kitty snuggles are definitely some of my favorite things!
ah! thank you so much for all the info! I actually came across the Kelly Moore Hobo and I loved it because of all the room and the fact that it comes in a mustard color, which I've become obsessed with lately.
I don't do a lot of traveling, so I'm definitely looking for something practical, yet stylish. a cross body strap would be ideal since I wear bags on my shoulders at all times, and don't want to have to put it down... my current bag is perfect in that I can just switch out my lenses while it's still attached to me.
I'm going to look into the Kelly Moore Hobo and the Jo Totes! thank you SO much!
