Des Moines Nesties
Dear Community,

Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

If you have questions about this, please email help@theknot.com.

Thank you.

Note: This only affects The Nest's community members and will not affect members on The Bump or The Knot.

Signing

G signs more and claps very similiar, sometimes I can't tell which she is doing. Anyone else's LO's do this? Any ideas to help her learn the difference (other than doing it the correct way with her). I'm guessing it just comes with time?

On a side note, I used to always clap when G signed 'all done'. Now she signs all done, claps and says "yahhhhhh", everytime. So cute, I had to share :-)

Re: Signing

  • continue signing it back to her correctly and she'll refine it eventually:)

  • Awe, that's adorable. (Sorry I don't have any advice about distinguishing between signing & clapping)

This.  C did the same thing for months, then one day it just magically turned into the right sign.
