I need an eye cream that really works...

I can't believe I already have wrinkles. I've had them for probably a year or so, and they are very deep around my eyes. DH calls them laugh lines. I don't care...I want them gone. I've been using Burt's Bees eye cream for several months with no results. I don't want to spend a bunch of money on creams that aren't going to reduce the lines at all.

Are there any out there that actually work??

Re: I need an eye cream that really works...

  • I don't have any recommendations, but a have info I wanted to share. A few times a year there is a (well sought after, extremely hard to get an appointment with her) derm on the local radio station I listen to in the morning. Wrinkle products/creams are always a big topic and she says that it should take 6 months to start seeing results from a good cream. If you see results instantly it is often just water puffing the skin rather than reversing the wrinkles. She is always recommending products with retin A (sp??). But that can also irritate sensitive skin.

I occasionally use Olay Winkle lotion. I'm not very good at putting it on consistently though, so I'm not sure it works. I'm very curious to see if others have good recs too!

I don't use an anti-wrinkle eye cream. I use the Garnier roller thing, which has helped with my dark circles.

Nightly, I use Olay's age defying ngiht cream all over my face, which has made my skin nice and soft.

Sorry I'm not much help. I hope you find something good. I'm sure I should probably be using something.

  • I have a great cream for Rosacea, and they did tell me it would take at least 4-6 months before I noticed results. And it has taken about 5 months for me to finally see results.

I did see this free offer from Lancome, can't hurt to try if its free!
