I strongly believe it was murder - not suicide.
My brother's friend actually wrote a paper on it in high school - there was tons of supporting evidence. The only thing I can remember is that the location of the gun when his body was found could not have been where it was if it was a suicide.
ETA: I had a typo on gun, it said "guy".

Your husband is a very smart man. That's my theory as well. She may not have pulled the trigger - but she's the mastermind.
Agreed as well. Also, I may have remebered things wrong but I thought they said that the angle that he shot himself would have required him to pull the trigger of the shotgun with his toe or something. Not sure how many people would be able to pull that one off.

Yeah, CL gained a FORTUNE off Kurt's death. It's ridiculous that she owns rights to Nirvana.
