What's up for the weekend, ladies (and gent if Ginger is around :))?
I don't think we have plans this weekend, for once. Kind of happy about that!
I'd rather be rock climbing or playing volleyball

Re: What's up for the weekend, ladies (and gent if Ginger is around :))?
Ginger's a guy?! I need to pay more attention; I had no idea.
We/I have a busy weekend but I'm really looking forward to it.
Tonight I'm going to make the grocery list and clean up the house a little in preparation for Sunday.
Tomorrow morning I need to go run some "errands" (get my mom's bday present and go shopping at Kohl's because I have a coupon only good for the weekend plus a giftcard) before meeting friends at Panera for brunch (yum!). One friend just closed on her house a week ago so she's going to show it to us afterward. On my way home I'm going to get the groceries and get that out of the way. Then either before or after dinner I have to make cupcakes for Sunday. I'm making them from scratch so I want to make sure they turn out okay so if they don't I have time Saturday night/Sunday morning to go get a box mix and make new ones.
Sunday morning and early afternoon we/I have to clean the house. Before people come over midafternoon I have to go pick up an Edible Arrangement. Later we're having dinner at a Japanese hibachi restaurant for my mom's birthday (which is actually Monday). Then it's back to our place for presents and cupcakes. Oh, and I have to wrap my mom's present at some point too.
Phew. I'm tired just thinking about it all. But excited! She doesn't know I got an Edible Arrangement.
Happy Friday!
We have nothing going on tonight. I might spend a couple hours at my moms after work. Tomorrow H and I are taking his parents out to lunch after he gets out of work. And then Sunday SIL and I are going to the Wrentham Outlets for a day of shopping. I have to make time to clean my house this weekend too. All in all it should be a fairly quiet weekend.
We are going to a dodge ball tournament tomorrow that DH is participating in to raise money for a Physical Therapy organization and then we?re going to see Dropkick Murphy?s in Lowell J I am so excited!
I have to admit, I'm a little jealous of you guys that have family nearby
Nothing going on tonight, probably the gym, then home to relax. Going out tomorrow night for Improv for our friend's birthday. The rest of the weekend is up in the air. Lots can be done at home....cleaning and packing. But I have a hard time staying home, I'd rather be out and about. So, we'll see...
My mom is coming up from Springfield to visit tomorrow, so in between giant glasses of wine tonight, I've got to clean. Or at least "neaten." I'm hoping she doesn't stay very long - I love her dearly, but she's super exhausting. She wants to go shopping somewhere, which just makes me tired to even think about. She's a total shopper - she goes in practically every store and looks at every rack. It makes me want to throw myself on the floor and pitch a fit like 3 year old, heh.
No idea what we'll do on Sunday, but I suspect it will involve the couch, laundry, and maybe a netflix or two.
Agreed!
I am!
Have you already gone to Social Security and the DMV? Those are usual the first two you need to do and everything else follows.
It's been a busy weekend! : )
Friday and Saturday I had an African Drumming/Dance workshop and Saturday evening we went to see Paula Poundstone at the Wilbur theater. She was very funny. Today, gym, brunch at Hamersely's and then another music workshop this afternoon.
I'm looking forward to a weekend with no plans! (Of course, the first weekend we have with no plans, we will paint our kitchen...)
