Seeing this is just unbelievable to me! And even crazier was seeing the "for sale" sign in my front yard. I can't believe we're really leaving. Anyway, we've been working our butts off to clean up our house inside and out and are even in the process of more fix-ups because our initial inspection turned up some issues, so we could use some positive vibes that we get a buyer. We are having an open house on Sunday and I have a good feeling about it. Also, for my fellow Catholics, we buried a St. Joseph statue by the sale sign yesterday, so I'm hoping that brings some extra help too.

Seriously, if I lived in NJ, I would love to buy your house! I think it's beautiful.
I know it's going to be hard to leave, but you're doing what's best for your family! I hope that the right buyer comes along quickly!
