She is at Hair Concepts in Garnerville. Right across from Crystal Hill Club Condos.
I would TOTALLY trust her, I have trusted her. After I got married I chopped my hair and she did a great job. I've changed colors with her, did side sweep bangs, and layers. I've been going to to her for probably the last 10 years.
