Fish & Chips

Where do you get yours?  Looking for suggestions for the Cranston/Warwick area.  We typically go to Chelo's, but I'm wondering if there are other places that are just as good or better than Chelo's!

Re: Fish & Chips

  • We sometimes get ours from Stadium. Always a line & no eat in but REALLY good!

We used go to there all the time when I lived with my parents.  I raved to DH about Stadium.  So, we tried it once last year and it was TERRIBLE!  I was so surprised.  Needless to say, DH was not impressed so I'm sure he won't try it again without some serious convincing.   I would like to give it one more shot, since it really was the best when I was little!

  • Mmmmmm!  No suggestions (other than maybe O'Rourke's in Pawtuxet Village?) but that sounds SO GOOD.
  • We like Buttonwoods Fish & Chips, and Iggys. Dave's Market is pretty good too!

  • Ocean Pride on Atwood Ave does Fish & Chips on Friday nights for take-out - not sure how they are but they are always packed!
