I watched this movie last night, it is about Aron Ralston, the hiker who got his hand stuck while hiking in Utah, and had to cut it off to survive. His survival story has always intrigued me, and I finally watched the movie last night. It was intense, but very well done! I want to see The Fighter next.
Re: 127 Hours
It was a very good movie. I worried it would be slightly boring, but they way they told the story was good, plus it was a short movie. The music during the "big scene" made it so much more tense and gross.
The Fighter was good, Christian Bale was awesome, Melissa Leo was, well, I don't think she deserved the Oscar, but that's just me. She was good though. I was most disappointed in Mark Wahlberg, but CB definitely made up for it.
