Hey Ladies - How did you do this week? I've included the list from last week...as you post your weight loss I'll update the chart - Good Luck Ladies!!

I lost .6 this week - 11.6 to go...it slowed down a bit from last week but that was to be expected (cant expect to lose 3lbs each week), but I'm still really happy because I know I can stick with this program for the long run and really see results.

I stayed the same this week. Part of that has to do with the meetings I was involved in, probably. They provided a ton of candy. On the first day, I didn't eat any, but on the second day, I just couldn't stop eating the darn Tootise Rolls. I did good with eating outside of the meetings, though.
Since it's starting to get nice outside, I'm going to make more of an effort to get some runs in during the week. My sister and I made plans to run during the week, but it just didn't happen for us. So, we're running tomorrow morning and then hopefully we'll get into a groove where we can find the time to run together during the week. If not, I'll just have to suck it up and run by myself
I gained a bunch of weight from the cruise, but lost most of it back already. Unfortunately, I'm 0.6 lbs ahead of where I was when I checked-in last.
So.. 4.4 lost / 25.6 to go.
DH & I are going to join weight watcher's this weekend. He wants to lose 80 lbs, so it'll be nice to have someone dieting with me.

I've been under the weather yet again with allergies so I cannot taste anything. So why even eat. Been really busy during the days so my snacking has been eliminated and I force myself to eat something small for breakfast and lunch. I just eat too much when I get home. Still haven't found time between studying for my exams and working 50+ a week to get much exercise in. Looking forward to the warmer weather though so I can get outside and bike. Tonight we head to the river with the dogs for a nice long walk.
I've been drinking a lot of Emergen-C which gives me a little pick me up in the afternoon. I'm trying to convince myself it's a treat/snack.
I'm going to join in on this, if that's okay.
I haven't weighed myself since starting my diet and exercise regime. I'm hoping to lose 40 lbs. when all is said and done. This week, I joined WW and I biked on the stationary bike at the gym for 26.9 miles (thus far) -- I plan to go again tomorrow.
Books read in 2012: 21/50
I'm going to use yesterday's weight since I forgot to weigh myself today.
2.4 pounds lost (total) and 17.6 left to go.
Q: Is it easier to list total pounds lost and pounds left to go or should we put in the weekly weight lost?
Hi ladies, I'm checking in a couple of days late because of my work schedule. I'm embarrassed and ashamed to say I gained 2lbs. I'm not too happy with myself right now. I was down a whole pound the other day, but gained that back and then some. So, I'm up by 2 that makes me with 11.5lbs to go. Good grief!
I got paid on Friday so I have the money to invest in WW now. Something's GOTTA change!
