Anyone know where I can buy a tie dyed shirt?

I don't really want to do one myself--giant mess.  Anyone know a store that might have one?

(Costume idea, I don't actually wear tie dye.)

  • Move to Boulder?

    Try a head shop.?

  • Do you need this by 10/31, or is ordering on-line an option?

  • I need it by tomorrow!

I think I know what a head shop is, but I have no idea where one would find it.  Keep in mind, I'm very liberal but very square.

  • The thrift store!
  • Berkeley?

A smoke shop (the kind that also sell hookahs for you "tobacco") is your best bet. Or a thrift store.

  • The google will help you.

I know I saw a ton in Boulder a couple weeks ago. ?Do you know of any hippie stores? ?You can smell the incense and patchouli from far away. ?They tend to congregate around coffehouses.

  • Ok, I'll try googling again.

I don't even know if I have any smoke shops around me.  Again, very square

Caden, thrift store is a great idea!

Haha, well as a liberal vegetarian, I feel the need to make sure people know I wear normal clothes.  I want to be a good face for the movement, you know. I smell like Ralph Lauren Romance and shop at Old Navy, I swear! No shirts with Che on them for me!Smile

  • Would Spencer's have something like this? Apparently there's one at Fair Oaks Mall. It might be worth a shot.

Anything you can achieve through hard work, you could also just buy.
  • I was a hippie two years ago (Mr.P dressed up in cammo, we were war and peace) and I never found tie dye, but I got a bright yellow shirt at the thrift shop. I got black puffy paint and painted a have a nice day happy face on it. Just an idea if you're desperate.
