It's Monday...it's pouring, lightening, and thundering it's assssss off!
Friday after work I was officially offered the job at our other location...a $3 raise!!! Woohoo, I'll be getting an extra $6000 a year thanks to this transfer! Hellz to the Yeah!!!
Saturday, we bowled for charity. I did horribly! It's much easier to bowl on the Wii than in real life! It was fun though and it was nice to be w/ my "soon to be" new coworkers! After bowling we had dinner and dessert w/ my Mom and her FI.
Sunday Don and I layed around all day until it was time to get ready for church. Our friends invited us over for dinner afterwards for a stir fry. It was good, but there was SO much salt that I couldn't eat much...which made me sad b/c besides that it tasted really yummy!
This morning I went into talk to my branch manager and me accepting the other position and he already knew and had posted my position on craigslist already. He congratulated me on my new position and seems honestly happy for me. I made sure there were no hard feelings, and he said there's isn't...hoping that's true! So it's the real deal now...I gave my 2 weeks notice!!! I start my other position on 4/4!!!!!!

The only reason I am excited for today is I am going to my first baseball game of the season. I love Florida for spring training. Lets Go Red Sox!!! (and the 2 hour work day isn't bad)
Saturday Greg and I both worked all day. Sunday he went to Fort Myers to see the Sox, And I went outlet shopping. Got some good deals. I had to resist the temptation at Coach. An additional 40% on some of the bags plus and addition 30% on everything in th store. It was hard not to buy but I had already spent a bunch and with the new car and I really didn't NEED a new bag.

Weather is miserable here. I was so tired this am I wanted to work from home but felt guilty since I only have 2 weeks of work left - and then it took me 90 minutes to make my 50 minute commute to work - where it is SNOWING. Blech. Wish I would have stayed home.
My desk is disgusting at work - I so need to clean it up. And I'm not motivated. AT ALL. 9 days, 6 hours and 35 minutes...
It was over 70 on Friday and snowing this morning. NOT cool!
The only reason I'm happy today is that my boss leaves for a 2 week vacation tomorrow. I just have to deal with her today and then it's almost like a vacation for me too!
BLARGH! There was no snow in my yard yesterday. NOW THERE IS SNOW!!! DISLIKE!!!
I need to stop b!tching all the time. Overall, the weekend was pretty good. H and I slept a lot. We did a lot of cleaning. I finally took the xmas ornaments off the tree outside (because there was NO snow for once). And H installed the trolley line for Petey. We brought him to a park on a long lead and he was sooooo freaking happy.
RPI made the NCAA playoffs. Unfortunately, they're going to Green Bay and H and I decided we'd only go if they got into CT or NH. LBIL and some friends are coming up on Saturday for a bike race. Basically we're housing half the Penn State bike team.
AND my little brother and some friends might be coming up on Saturday to partake in RPI game watching festivities. Basically, I will have a bunch of college aged (or nearly college aged) boys in my house. I'm pretty sure I'll be locking them in my (finished) basement. At least the cycling boys SHOULD be tired.

Had a great weekend. Friday night was my jewelry and poker party. Turned out great! Lots of ladies ordered stuff and I got about $300 in free jewelry. One of my coworkers that I dislike came and ended up staying for poker. Not sure how to be an ungracious hostess and kick her out, so she stayed and annoyed the crap out of me and my friends. I think I was an assshole cuz I was drunk but she still stayed until 12:30. Boo hiss.
Saturday, DH and I slept late, had lunch at Red Robin and ran errands. I got a new dress to wear to a wedding in July. I've been eyeing it since last fall and it was 75% off, only $14. Hellz yeah! Also got a cute top, so I've hit my shopping quota for a few weeks.
Sunday we lounged around at MIL's house in Evergreen. Took the dogs for a walk/hike on the property. Trudging back up the 1/2 mile driveway at 8,700 feet high was killer on the lungs, but I felt great afterwards. Probably shouldn't have eaten an entire bag of potato chips before we left. Oops. Speaking of, I didn't lose any weight last week, just maintained. Makes me mad, I'll do great Mon-Thurs, then lose it on Friday and the weekend. Bad me. I really need to try harder, dammit!!

This weekend wasn't very exciting just did the same thing as always, spent itme with family, did laundry, clean house. But on Saturday my mom and I went to a imaging place here (Wolf Camera & Imaging) and got a bunch of my wedding pictures printed. She got like multiple blown up pictures. and I got one 12x18 and lots of 5x7's and lots of 4x6's. I was so happy to get more pictures. Now I have to find an album that can hold 600 4x6's. I have looked in so many stores but most only go up to 400. I think that will be my mission today online. Anyone have any ideas where I could find a big album like that?
Today I have to go to the grocery store for the week. But on the bright side H is going with me because he works day shift today. He has only gone to the grocery store with my like 3 times in our whole relationship (once or twice by himself). So oddly this is a big deal! haha
Yesterday sucked! Poor Richard woke up at 5:00 am and had serious pain in his stomach. We took him to urgent care first which didn't open until 11:00 am. He didn't want to go to the ER because we thought he just had food poisoning. We were there about 2 hours until the doctoro finally saw him. The doctor rules out food poisoning but tells us that he doesn't know what is wrong and that we need to go to the ER.
So we get to the ER at 1:00 pm. We didn't get out of there until 7:00 pm. They ran tests on him, did an ultra sound, catscan, and couldn't find anything wrong. Their diagnosis was gastritis.
My poor babe was in so much pain. They gave him morphine which didn't do anything, then they gave him De-something which is stronger than morphine and he was still in pain. He had to take a vicodin when we got home because he was still in pain.
He's doing better this morning. I wanted to stay home today and be his nurse, but he should be okay alone today.
So, yeah, that was my Sunday.
I'm here...kinda. Probably about to crash again.
Saturday I did the 1K with the parents, sister, BIL and pushed my nephew in the stroller. Then spent the ENTIRE day watching Jeremy play tennis. They played round robin so he had to play every.single.person in that division, win or lose. That was just singles. Then he had to play doubles (round robin, again). Then he had to play mixed doubles. I sneezed my butt off and have the nasal congestion and puffy eyes to prove it. Sunday him and his mixed doubles partner won the finals and then we both went back to my parents and crashed. Played with the nieces outside some.
We didn't get home til 10:30 last night and I had to watch Army Wives just find out they didn't show who died.
I took a sick day today. I'll get around to paperwork at some point.
I'm going to say no, because my family is supposed to be coming up to visit that weekend. I'll stick with no, because if I tell myself that I can't make it, I think it'll improve their chances of winning. (Hockey fans are some of the most superstitious people in the world. I seriously won't wear certain pairs of shoes or panties to hockey games.)

I am right there with you on the superstitious thing. Last night I didn't watch part of the Marquette vs Syracuse game because they usually win when I don't get to watch the game. I started watching again when we knew they were going to win. Now they are in the Sweet 16!
Hello, late to the party. I had a nice and relaxing yet productive weekend. I did a lot of hausfrauing, made homemade mac & cheese, made salads for this week's lunches, and did about five hours of yard work. I was pooped!
I have a busy week, lots of things to do and places to be and things to pick up from the store.
