Update on my family
Thank you all so much for your T&P last week, it meant a lot to me. My dad is still in the hospital but is feeling much better. We're hoping his kidney dialysis continues to be successful and that his kidneys start working again on their own. They are waiting for test results but think his psoriasis medication may have caused his kidneys to shut down. So hopefully we will get good news soon and he can leave the hospital.
My grandad passed away on Saturday night, I am so thankful that he is no longer in pain and is in Heaven now. I wasn't able to go to my grandma's funeral a few weeks ago, but I think they are going to just do a family bbq in May for my grandad so maybe we can go and take the baby.
I'm on modified bed rest now because of my blood pressure, but I'm feeling good and hoping that we have a baby to introduce in the next 10 days or so! I'm ready for him to come and I know my parents could use the distraction of their first grandbaby. We all can't wait to meet him!

Erin, I'm sorry for your loss, but I'm glad your grandfather isn't in pain any more.
Glad to hear your dad is doing well and I hope his kidneys decide to start working after having some of the stress off of them.
Try to relax for those next two weeks or so, you and the LO will be happier.

So sorry to hear about your grandad. As you said though, it is good that he is no longer in pain. Glad to hear that you won't have to try to make it to services right now, and can be with family in May to celebrate his life.
Can't believe you are so close to having a baby. It will be good for you to have some time to "relax" a bit before he arrives.
