My sister and I sorted through my mom's fabric remnants this weekend.  I inherited a bunch of baby-friendly fabric scraps.  Thanks to your blog post on the soft cube you made for Adrian, I'm feeling inspired to use some of the scraps to make cubes for a couple of friends having babies this spring!  Smile

Re: jl&jl

  • Excellent!  You made my day! I'd love to see pics. Tomorrow's blog will have another potential baby gift item to make. :)

  • I will take pics!  Can't wait to see tomorrow's entry!  My mom made so much stuff for our house and us as we were growing up and I hope to do the same.  Between your blog and my sister (she sews all the time and used to make costumes for people working at living history museums), I should be able to maintain my motivation!  It's a little rough because I don't have space for a sewing area so I have to wait for times when MH isn't using the dining room table to study but I think we're going to work out more of a schedule for me.  ;-)
