As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. MSP PRE-Security question
Is Houlihan's the only "PRE-Security " place to eat or are there others? my mind is just blank & I am meeting someone on there long layover there next week.

I don't think there's anything pre-security. I didn't think Houlihan's was, but I could be wrong.
How long is her layover? Could she take the light rail and meet you at MOA?

Houlihjans is pre-security, and there is also a Starbucks with seating area in the baggage claim. (There's one in ticketing too, but there isn't seating.) Houlihans is definitely pre-security on the far right side.
