Re: Wow
Speaking of spinning, I am going to my first class tonight.
What would you recommend for my first class?
Take it at your own pace, if they try to do anything crazy (ie go as fast as you can, take your seat off your bike etc, tell the management, it isn't safe)
RPMs should stay between 80-100 when on a flat, 100-120 when on a sprint, climbing 60-80 and if you are on a standing climb you can go down a bit lower
Your lady bits will likely hurt the first 3 times you do it (as long as you do it w/in a week and a half or 2 weeks) then it will magically go away
if you need to sit when they are standing or vice versa that is fine.
Good luck and let me know how it goes!
Perfect. Thank you for the tips. I tend want to go all out for the first class but I will take it easy.
Thanks for the heads up on the lady bits and I will give a report back tonight or tomorrow.
