Need Menu Help!!!
Hey girls. We are having a surprise party for my mom in a few weeks and I am trying to finish planning the menu. We won't have anymore than 25 people there.
Here's what I have so far:
Margaritas & Mexican beer
Chips, Salsa & Guacamole
Taco Bar (getting catered) with Beef & Chicken options and all the fixings.
Mexican (or maybe spanish) rice
Birthday cake and ice cream
Margarita cupcakes
I really need another app idea! Something that can be made ahead and something Mexican.
Any ideas? My brain is just fried.
