I love the wedges!! I like the shirt too, when I wear tops like that I feel like it is choking me for the first hour I wear it then it feels normal. Pretty purple, I have really been liking purple for the past year or so.

I got new prescription sunglasses. Well, ordered them at least. I'm damn near blind, so it's always a PITA to get sunglasses because the lenses tend to be large to give more coverage and the larger the lenses are, the thicker they get. On most "normal" sunglasses, if I got regular lenses, they'd be nearly an inch thick on the sides. So I need to order polycarbonate lenses and get not as awesome glasses.

The other thing that sucks about being blind, is that I have no idea how much I like them. H said that he felt like these were the most my style out of everything I tried on (but they were also not his favorite).

QoA--i am also seriously blind. like SO BLIND. i cannot remember my 'script (maybe 4.75?) but i need to go get my eyes checked AGAIN (1 year later...) because i cannot read signs anymore (i look like a fool at the grocery store trying to read what is in each aisle.

anyway, my question is, have you ever considered contacts? once i made the switch, shits was so much better, SO much! i now consider contacts the best invention of man kind (tied with tampons) and literally would want to die without them. it also makes it easier to buy regular sunglasses

Shauni - yeah, I had contacts for awhile when I was younger, but I somehow scratched my cornea, so I couldn't wear them for awhile and when I tried again, they always bothered me. I wear them whenever I play soccer/softball/whatever random sport I play a game of, but they kill my left eye. It doesn't help that I have astigmatism, too. I've tried about a million different kinds (in Nov) and my eye doctor was pretty much like "just get inexpensive dailies for when you're playing a contact sport."

AAAAAND, I'm not a candidate for lasik either. I've been to three places to check it out. They also said I was not a candidate for PRK. And I have to go to the eye doctor every 6 months because my eye balls are the wrong shape and they're stretching my cornea the wrong way and could possible rupture, so they do that blow in your eye test thingy to test the pressure in my eye balls.

I haven't bought anything recently, but QoA, have you tried Biofinity contacts? I have an astigmatism in my right eye (I think) and these don't bother me at all. They're monthly disposable ones but you have to take them out nightly.
