My grocery deal.

On any of Ronzoni's pasta websites, there is a tab to print 3 of their coupons for $1.00 off two boxes of pasta.

At Kroger this week, when you buy 10 of a item, you automatically get $5.00 off.  This makes each box of past .49 BEFORE using the coupons.

Kroger paid me a penny per box to take them ;)  I got 10 boxes (used 5 coupons).

The website only lets you print out 2 sets (6 coupons) total per computer, and you do have to download the coupon printing software to do this.

I came across this post and she gave the directions if anyone else can get this deal in their area too:

  • that's awesome! it's stories like this that prove couponing is totally worth it!

i got a good deal on pasta this week too. 10 boxes and they owed me 2.35. I know if nothing else we can eat on pasta for the next couple of months :)

That is SO awesome Lauren, good job!

There are some local coupon blogs I have been checking out, I need to get more serious about couponing though and save us even more.

  • wow I am impressed with you ladies and all your savings. It is making me think about couponing again. It is just alot of work but if someone does it for me then that is even better!
  • Great job. I thought about couponing but the coupons are not for things that we use. I really need to go to the product pages of the products we do use and see about coupons.

  • I dont buy every deal, I only get what I know we would eat.  Check to see if there are coupon blogs that are in your area, they do all the work for you :)

yep, that's how I do too. I just scan the weekly deals on the blogs and see if there's anything we use. This week for example, there's not a thing on sale that I need or want, so I'm not going.

Every once in a while there's new products I usually wouldn't buy, but they're so cheap, it's fun to just try it out. I did that last week w/ some Pepperidge Farm snack crackers. They're normally $3.60 a box, but got them on sale for .75. They're delish! :)

Heather, do yall have a publix up there? I use www.iheartpublix.com for my weekly Publix deals. She tells you exactly what to do and where to print your coupons.
