Bachelorette weekend :)
This weekend I (and her other bridesmaids) threw my best friend her bachelorette party/shower weekend! It was so fun!
I flew to Atlanta for the weekend. We had the bachelorette party on Saturday evening. We made all kinds of finger foods, and had girly pink drinks. We ate, and drank, and played some games. And then we all dressed up and went bowling! We made her wear an old wedding dress (it was her grandmothers) and everyone else put on crazy dresses/outfits. It was so fun!
And then on Sunday we co-hosted a shower with her mom, with the younger friends from the bachelorette party, and then older family friends.
It was so fun to be involved in something like this again. It reminded me of how much fun I had at my bachelorette weekend, and it was great seeing her so happy.
Anyone else been to any wedding related events recently?

I'll be involved in wedding events soon enough...I'm a bridesmaid for my cousin, and one of my sisters and I are throwing her lingerie shower, and then one of my besties gets married two weeks later and I'm hosting her a lingerie shower too. :-)
Sounds like you guys had a great time; I LOVE the bowling idea, that is so freaking adorable to get all dressed up for something like bowling?! Cute.
