Uhh, we're kind of selfish
His big gift from us is not so much directly for him as it is for us to use with him. So we're debating between a really nice wagon (think Red Flyer but age appropriate and with all the bells and whistles), a jogging stroller, or bike trailer. Yep, we're awesome parents...

I haven't really thought about a BIG gift, I just thought I'd do something fairly small, I want to get her this tea set, that teaches manners and is just fun over all. And I'm thinking of just putting the money we would have spent on a big gift into her savings account.
I like MJ's idea, of stuff to use FOR/WITH him, not just a bunch of toys. We have a jogging stroller, a wagon would be fun, but for now since we're only planning on 1 kiddo, I think it would be a little much. (plus when we sale our place, I plan on having us move to the country, and those wheels aren't good on gravel)
I'm also thinking of splurging on some shoes, like Puma's or Nike's. I've found a few pairs, but HEY! She's only 11mths HA! My kid has nicer shoes then me
!!
We didn't get a Neena a "big" gift. I bought her a blabla doll from Kangaroo Boo and she LOVES it.
Neena got a Radio FLyer wagon from her Gma and Gpa. She also loves her Mega Blocks.

Drake got a sand and water table from my parents and LOVES it!
We got him a bike (one of those that grows with him, so we can push him around on it until he learnes how to pedal) and the Fisher Price Little People Farm. Really any Fisher Price Little People toy is perfect for that age!
