    I woke up to a snowy/slushy mess on my car and on the roads this morning.  Not how I wanted the first full day of spring to be!  Hopefully all the rain will lead to beautiful flowers soon!

    half the flowers around my house were already coming up out of the ground...a few already had flowers open!

    now im afraid they'll all be dead b/c of the cold/snow. :(

    Bummer about the snow.  I am on spring break this week (yeah!) and the weather is beautiful today although it is supposed to rain all week. I took my first bike ride of the year yesterday around our new neighborhood and it was great!

    Oh no!  Sorry to hear you guys got snow.  That stinks.  It is nice here, like 65 and not super cloudy.  But, I am stuck inside, so.... The rest of the week is supposed to be colder, rainy and gross. 

    Yesterday, Velvet and I, along with 2 other horses and riders went on a mini trail ride.  It was only her 3rd attempt at a trail ride ever.  She even jumped over an itty--bitty, teen-weeny little creek :)  Can't wait for more nice weather to do more of that!!

    It's nice here too.  DH and I just went to the driving range to practice...I sucked as usual, but am getting a little better at using my irons!

    It's hard not to expect perfect Spring weather the moment it changes to spring :(  They are actually calling for snow this week here in PA.  Yuck.  Our dafodils are already bloomed and absolutely gorgeous.  I worry about what the snow will do to them.
