If you were to party like it was 1999 what would you be doing and who would you be with? Oh 1999 was such a fun year! I graduated HS, so I would be with all of my HS friends. We had so many grad parties that summer and hotel parties, so probably at one of those. Drinking something super gross like Goldschlagger or Avalanche (I think thats what it was called!)
What do you do for a living? I do consulting for accounting software.
How did you and your best friend meet? We have been friends since HS.
Favorite non chain restraunt? We got to this place called Two Georges alot. The food isn't great but its right on the water so we just sit outside and hang out. They have live music alot too!
Favorite drink, non and alcoholic. Non - coffee. Alcoholic - wine. I really like Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Grigio and Riesling for whites and Cabernet for reds.

Do you like your job? Yes I do for the most part.
What's your favorite thing to do on a weekend? I love going ot the beach, but we really don't go that much. I really like going out for dinner on the weekends and having a couple glasses of wine.

What is the best thing that has ever happened to you? I think moving to Florida was the best thing!
What is the worst thing that has ever happened to you? My father passing away suddenly a couple months after I moved.
When you were a kid did you have an imaginary friend? No, i pretty much had no imagination as a kid.... I refused to play with dolls. My mom would take me to the toy store and tell me I could have any doll I wanted, i would pick out workbooks.
Do you believe in ghosts? Hm... I go back and forth on it. I think I do.

What is your favorite memory of your wedding day? Any funny wedding stories? My favorite memory was the last song, they played "I had the time of my life" and alot of people had already left so it was mostly just close friends and we were just dancing around and I was feeding everyone gummi bears from our candy buffett. I don't think I really had any funny stories though!
Looking back now, is there something you were stressing about that's not a big deal now? All of it, lol! I think really all of the little touches, like menu cards, hotel bags, etc. I really don't think anyone would have noticed/cared had I not done them!
What's for dinner? Not sure yet, maybe stir fry?

What has been your favorite age? I think like 24-26. I finally had a career, had some money in my pocket and was able to do fun things, but didnt yet have the responsibility of house, etc.
Who is your biggest celebrity crush? Well when i was younger I was obsessed with Jonathan Brandis. In my old age I think it would have to be Matthew McConaughey.
Favorite book? TV show? Movie? Oh geez, I'm bad at this. Book - i really loved the twilight books, I was obsessed for a while. TV show - Anything on the food network. Movie - Love Actually

Favorite thing to cook? Dinner I really like cooking anything, like using a recipe and having it all come together. I make a lot of really easy things during the week, so on the weekends I like to make bigger things.
Any cooking tools or brands you like/recommend? I love my Kitchen Aid Mixer, I use it all the time for anything that I have to mix. I use it for Mashed Potatoes too. I love my cast iron skillet. I love cooking steak in there, melt some butter on high, sear a filet on both sides for about 1-2 mins each side, the put the whole thing in the over on 500 for about 8-12 mins. I toss some garlic cloves in towards the end too so they get soft, so good!
Any other hobbies? Hm, not really. I enjoy reading but dont do it as much as I used to. Traveling definitely and I wish I did it more. Nothing that I do on a regular basis though.
