Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

LOVED it...and yes my lady parts hurt. Not as bad as I thought it would be. I may go to a class tonight or tomorrow.

It's one of the worst parts of starting to cycle/spin. It does get better though!
it's true it is bad, and if you take a long break you have the same break in time (after giving birth it was BAD since I had taken 6+ weeks off, and I did a cycle renew course for my cert, youch!)
but I'm glad you had fun and hopefully since I warned you about the lady bits hurting that's why it isn't as big of a deal!
I'd give yourself a day of rest then go again
I would wait until tomorrow. I never try to go to cycle classes two days in a row.

Successful Cycle: 5/12/11 - 1000mg Metformin + 100mg Clomid(late response) + TI = BFP
