Keep your fingers crossed!
I've been picking up a lot of work on Elance. Mostly small boring jobs for 5 hours a week that pay terribly but I'm building up my positive feedback so I don't mind right now. In fact, I'm overdoing it a bit right now as I'm working my regular 40 hour job and then another 15-20 hours a week in the evenings.
Anyway, I have a call with someone in 10 minutes about a 10-15 hour/week job that pays close to what I make now and another person interested in me for another 10-15/hour week job. If I got both of those (and they're long-term) we're pretty sure I can quit. I'd still keep Lucie's babysitter but not as much (as I don't want to mix family and work at the same time). I could then set more flexible hours for myself and spend more time with Lucie! Arek should also have his review any day and we're keeping our fingers crossed for a decent raise so we won't have to take too much of a hit.
