underrated - tervis tumblers. they don't sweat! so much furniture has been ruined in the past from sweating cups. DH and I now both solely use them and i'm never having to clean up water rings or use the ugly coasters. yes!

also underrated - the speed at which you receive customer service when you call out a company on twitter. they know you're essentially telling everyone you know at once, so it's word of mouth to the infinite power. it's amazing.

Underrated- Local elections. The people we vote for in local elections tend to affect our day to day lives more than national elections, but I read that they only expect 26% of people to vote in this local election. I biitch about Jax all the time, but at least I vote to try to get something done about it.

I was just saying to a friend that I just voted and the polls were EMPTY. Dead. I parked with the poll workers because that was the only place where cars were. I thought I was in the voter parking. The poll workers were all commenting on how dead it was and they had never seen it this empty.

Ugh. This annoys me. I will be asking anyone who complains to me (and lives in Duval, of course) about the city if they voted. If they didn't, I will promptly tell them to shut up.

Totally. Comcast got back to me immediately when we were having problems.
