Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

she's 5-6cm, 80% effaced and at 0 station. she has her epi but it only took on one side so they're going to try to redo it

I have no idea what 0 station is, but I'm assuming it is good.
Hopefully they can get the epi straightened out and things go smoothly!

0 station isn't good right? It needs to be +1,2,3... right? Or do I have them reversed?
0 station is basically in the middle. I think you start at -3 and work your way to +3. it's how far down the baby is in the pelvis
