I bought a head of cabbage last week for a stir fry recipe. I love cabbage but I don't know what to do with the 3/4 head that's left, besides eat it raw which I've been doing. Anyone have a recipe suggestion?
Thanks!
Happy mom to two sweet, silly boys: Cohen age 4, AJ age 2.
Re: Recipes with cabbage?
What kind of cabbage?

The regular whitish green kind.
I like cabbage in vegetable soup.
Also, it's great in a lot of Asian dishes (I prefer Napa for most Asian)
Here's what a quick ziplist search returned, http://www.ziplist.com/recipes?search_string=cabbage&recipe_scope=global looks like some good stuff!
