i just wanted to say that when i have Ryan i will still owe about $800 bucks from having Liam. talk about crappy ins. i just pay a flat amt to W&I every month.

Oh jeez! That's awful! I had finally paid down the deductible on my IVF, but then the year turned over March 1st and I'll be paying down the birth all of this year.
At least they let us space it out, right? Hopefully they won't use my first born as collateral.
It took 5 failed IUIs and a failed IVF, but our FET worked!

it really is rediculous, we pay so much monthly and then BOOM. oh here is your new bundle of joy and the hosp bill to go along with it! ha.

and to boot. my bff was unmarried & laid off when she had her son and didnt pay for a thing.....
LOL! I misread! Gotcha. It is insane. I paid off two of our bills when we got the reimbursement from last year's FSA, but I still have around $2k left on DD's bill. I figure we'll be paying that off for the next 3 years or so...
When my husband had a job and awesome insurance, we paid a total of $10 (one copay) for my entire pregnancy. I miss that insurance so much.
