As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. Where is the best and cheapest place to buy blue and yellow solid colored helium balloons??

How many do you need? Most places are probably relatively cheap. If you just need a few I personally would go to the closest store. If you need a lot, a few places I can think of that you could always call first would be: Kroger (or any grocery store), Cappels, Party Source, and Factory Card Outlet.
