Talents...
Please share any special skills/talents that you have. It can be a simple description or if you are able to PIP something feel free (for example, if you draw show us a pic). Everyone has some sort of talent or skill so don't even try to tell me you don't have any!

Not sure if it's really a "talent" but I have lucid dreams. Like, I can control what happens in my dreams if I want to. If I just want to let it play I can, but if I don't like where it goes, it will literally rewind (like a VHS in my head) until the turning point that I want to change. It's really hard to learn how to do if you don't have a natural aptitude for it.
ETA: I can also pick up on a dream from a day/night (or up to a week) ago. And about 90% of the time, if I start a dream before I go to sleep (like lay out the plot exposition in my head) I'll have that dream that night.

I'm a good performer; dancing, singing, acting...I've been most involved with singing though and have always gotten the most praise for it.
Also, I'm really good at writing sentimental speeches and notes. When the occasion arises I always seem to be able to figure out just what to say/write.
This is a picture of me giving my MOH speech at my bff's wedding; nearly 2 years later people still are talking about it.
I guess my talent is writing fiction and poetry. Unfortunately, 10+ years of positive feedback and a degree haven't instilled enough confidence, so I've never submitted anything for publication, and I'm unwilling to post any examples. Even my mother has never been allowed to read anything I've written, and I would almost always puke before a workshop day in college.
So you can't claim my talent without the anxiety that comes with it. Hopefully a more confident writer will post theirs.
knitting (here are some socks I finished last week- you can see photography definitely is not one of my talents, ha)
and music. Now I mostly just sing (hopefully we'll get a piano soon), but back in the day (college) I sang in 3 choirs, took voice lessons specializing in medieval and renaissance music, played the harpsichord solo and in a chamber music group, and performed carillon concerts on my college's carillon a few times a week and taught lessons. In high school I also played the violin and harp, but my college wouldn't let me take lessons for all my instruments, so I gave up the ones I loved less.
My talents are digital design and photography. Examples of both in my blog.
I'm also really flexible if that can be considered a 'talent'... haha
ETA: I also have a freakish memory. Once I see someone just once (I don't even have to be directly introduced), if there's something that I notice about them I can see them 5 years later and remember exactly who they are, where they saw them and why. It really comes in handy sometimes.
I don't know that it's really a "talent", but I like to make name plaques and diaper cakes. It's fun for me and it takes my mind off things when i'm doing really detailed work.
I can dance. Tap, ballet, jazz, pointe, modern, lyrical, musical theater, contemporary etc. (This isn't me, I don't have pics in my comp.)
I also can teach it. I can't get the pics of my students to show up but I teach every kind of dance too to ages ranging from 2.5-28. Non-competitive to competitive.
I used to own a dance studio when I was 20-23 and I had a lot of competitive students who did very well and won a lot of awards.
I also am fairly crafty. I made all of the wedding invitations etc and everyone loved them. I make the invitations for everything now lol.

Like Tonia, mine is dancing. I've danced since I was a kid and taught up until about 3 years ago. I taught ages 3-18 tap, ballet, lyrical, jazz and modern. I really miss dancing and hope to get back into it somehow.
Haha Michelle, we sound way too similar. You must have 'loose' joints like me lol. Double jointed, naturally flexible....thats me too
I'm quite the pianist. I took lessons from the age of 8-16, and my teacher always said I was a naturally gifted, because I have a great memory and incredibly long fingers. haha. We don't have a piano at home, but my parents and Robin's parents have one, so I still play. My nieces and nephews especially love to hear me play Christmas songs. That's become a family tradition. I played in the Student/Teacher Talent Show this year, and won the first place teacher award.
I'm also a kicka$$ scrapbooker. :-)
I've also been told that I"m a good writer. I don't know about all that. You can read the blog below and see for yourself. Just don't mention it on FB. I don't want my parents to know about it.
My talent is photography. I went to college for photography and I love it, but in my area it's hard to make money doing it so I do it for myself and my family and friends. Here are some random examples:

I'm sort of a jack-of-all-trades person. I'm not superb at everything I do, but I can do a lot.
I can sing (really good with harmonizing), dance (all the basics, plus some ballroom), I can play 5 instruments, do basic graphic design and photography, sewing, knitting, cooking and crafts.
I will say I am AMAZING at flip-cup, Apples to Apples and Mad Gab. To the point that people fight to have me on their team/accuse me of cheating.
