As some of you know, I started WW last week and am actually enjoying it so far. Tonight I made mini pizza's on arnold's sandwich flats and a salad with banana peppers and feta cheese. Total points for this yummy dinner= 8
If anyone wants the 'recipe' for the mini pizzas, just ask. I got them out of my Hungry Girl cookbook and they are really really good.
DH is making some form of sandwiches for dinner. Tonight would normally be our eating out trivia night but we ended up owning on our state taxes and it sort of wrecked our monthly budget plan. So still going out, but eating in first
Luckily, we will be getting money back from federal taxes. Major life changes like moving to a different state and getting married have definitely screwed with our finances, in terms of having the right amount of withholdings and such.

Whole wheat shells, i cant believe its not butter spray, a sprinkle of parm and garlic
salad with reduced fat blue cheese, craisins, carrots, cukes, and these tortilla things i love on them (1pt)
Whole thing 15 points....Points plus style....i cannot believe i get 50 a day....so weird!

Oh you're good! lol I used 2 tbsp of sauce total though, and then turkey pepperoni and sprinkled some pizza seasoning on top.
Michelle, it's just an arnolds sandwich thing (one half for each pizza), then put 1 tbsp of spaghetti sauce/tomato sauce on each. Divide 1/4 cup of cheese between the two, and put 4 turkey pepperonis on each (if you like pepperoni). I also sprinkled some pizza seasoning on mine. Bake at 350 for 14-16 minutes (I did mine in the toaster over for about 12 minutes)
Nutrition facts: (2 mini pizzas): 190 calories, 3g fat, 859mg sodium, 25g carbs, 6.5g fiber, 2g sugars, and 20g of protein which equals 5 points
now you're not doing points plus right?

LOVE the idea of feta cheese. I never seem to think of it when I'm in the store but love it - I'll have to pick some up next time I grocery shop!

We were still unpacking the kitchen, so I ran to the grocery store and got hot chicken fingers with fries for Chris and salad for me.
The kitchen is unpacked now though so we should be able to stop eating out every day!
