  • Butting in...I also saw your FB post.  I hope Ella is ok, prayers for your family!
  • Butting in - I also have been thinking about you. I have a probably even more fattening Alfredo sauce - terrible, I know! Not to undermine Mrs. Reem's fabulous recipe though! Sorry for the lack of spaces...on my iPad. 1/4 cup?butter? 1 1/2 ounces cream cheese 1/2 pint heavy whipping cream? 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder? 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese? Salt and black pepper In saucepan over low heat, melt butter. Mix in the cream cheese and stir until melted. Stir in the cream and garlic powder. Increase the heat and bring to a boil. Decrease the heat and simmer, stirring often. If sauce seems too thin, sprinkle in some flour 1 teaspoon at a time. Cook and stir for desired consistency. Stir in the parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper

  • I have been meaning to ask how Ella is doing.  If you don't want to post on here, just know that I have been thinking about her.
