As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Triathlon coach
SO Nolan had a playdate the other day and the boy's mom, who I had always assumed was a SAHM turns out she actually does triathlon coaching! She works with athletes and also teaches a yoga class specifically for runners up in Pawtucket. I know several of you are into running, don't know if any of you were interested in tackling a triathlon but I thought I would at least let you know I know someone who does training for it! I clearly will not be using her anytime soon since I cannot run around the block. LOL!!
