Would it spoil a name for you, if your baby would have a messed up monogram? I love monogramed things, but our front runners (phantom baby, not KU) would create the monogram NAG. Would that be a dealbreaker for you?
Re: s/o Baby Names
Stand up for something you believe in.
The other thing would be to do a monogram with the same size letters and have NGA
Stand up for something you believe in.
There'd be a few acronym names I'd stay away from. HAG, BAG, FAG, BIG, etc.
If it wasn't obvious, then I wouldn't worry.

I'm not thrilled about the initials "NAG" to be honest with you. Could you possibly change the middle name no a non-vowel?
I find it a little easier to separate from a middle name than a first name that I love.
Do you have a short-list of names that you like that you wouldn't mind sharing with us?
Names hurt my brains. My favorite boy name is Aaron but Aaron "Sharon" sounds absolutely ridiculous.
Robin suggested the middle name Georgia. It has special meaning for his family, and I love the name. We'd use it for a first name, if we didn't think we'd get the side-eye from people. It isn't a must for us. I've just been thinking about it since he suggested it. The A is coming from our last name. We could monogram things NGA, as Mary suggested, but usually the middle letter is the last name.
N is for Natalie. I'm having a hard time thinking of other names that go with Georgia. Names ending in a vowel don't work. The e or lee sounds seems to be the best to me. Other names I love- Caroline, Charlotte, Audrey, Amelia, Maya, Nadia. I tend to like classic names, but not anything that's too popular.
I think Audrey Georgia is ok, but something about 2 syllable, 2 syllable, 2 syllable bothers me.
I like it with Audrey. I love that name too, as you know.
Elise Georgia, I kind of like Georgia Elise.
Eloise Georgia Alastname. I really like Eloise and Elinor.
Evelyn Georgia (kind of sounds old though)
Noelle Georgia
Rowan Georgia
This is a tough name combo.

I like Evelyn, but that's Robin's grandmother's name. The Georgia part comes from that side of the family, so it seems kind of weird to be double-honoring the same person.
I like Elise, but I agree that Georgia Elise sounds better.
Congrats to both my TTC buddies, Amberley18 and sb2006 on their beautiful babies!

DH's initials are JAP and in college his friends started just calling him JAP. Not the most PC thing in the world.
I've thought about what the kid's initials would be but whats more of a deal breaker for me is first names that begin with the same letter as our last name. I love the name Piper but I'm havng a hard time with Piper Peterson.
I'm the same way. I love alliteration in print, but not in names. Same with rhyming names (like K-hart's Aaron "Sharon"). The initial thing isn't so much of a deal breaker for me than for Danny. He's even shot down at least 8 of my names because, "Kids with tease him with [insert insult here]."
I have suggested (jokingly) that since our last name starts with K, we need to name a girl Aidan Olena or a boy Alexander Oscar just so his/her initials would be AOK (A-okay!)
