Re: Tell me I'm crazy....

  • I think it sounds like a fun job but your last sentence was what I was going to bring up.  Do you want to give your free time to something else when you don't need to do it?

Before I got pregnant I helped out at a wedding place they were having a big vendor day and I thought it would be fun to do some weddings here and there ummmm no freaking way.  After running around and standing all day and for the little pay I got I realized I wasn't willing to give up any weekends for that since I already had a full time job.

This one does seem more fun but think about the hot summer when you're out there doing all that work....but Giraffes would be awesome!

  • Yeah thats what I'm thinking. I never pick up overtime at work. Its not about the money b/c I would make so much $$  working overtime here vs part time there. I just can't stand to bring m I enjoy my 4 days off, but then I'm bored and spend too much money. I think the biggest issue is that tte job description doesnt say how many hours it it. Im willing to bet its like 20 hrs a week and there is just no way I could do that.

I did apply for 2 volunteer positions they have that are like 4 hrs every week or every other  week.
