WTF Wednesday

WTF?!?!?!?!  It's almost 2pm and there's no WTF post!

WTF won't my head stop hurting??  I've had a migraine since Monday afternoon that will not go away.  I even stayed home from work yesterday and slept all day.  I'm really missing my migraine meds right now.  =(

2 cookies are not going to kill you. :)

WTF is up with me changing my diet right now? I am perfectly happy at 1200 calories a day, but the H&F ladies told me if I did that long term, it would mess up my metabolism and once I go back to eating normally (like 1800 cal/day) I would gain a lot of weight back. I haven't done enough research to know how true that is, but now I'm paranoid.

LOL, I know they won't, but I am like a chain smoker with cookies, I'll reason myself into cookies until the bag is gone!

As far as the H&F suggestions, I think they are more right than wrong on this. True, you will screw with your metabolism eating that few calories, but it also depends WHAT you are eating. I could eat 1200 calories of say....mmm, COOKIES :) and that would be awful for me, but if I had the right amount for healthy fats, fiber and protein, I'd prob feel great! Personally, calorie counting doesn't work for me, but I do like MyPlate (livestrong's calorie counter of choice) because it helps me to also see where my calories are coming from. HTH.

I am also tracking  my food through Livestrong. I don't eat junk food like cookies or cake. I get a good bit of protein, fruit, veggies, and carbs. I probably need to increase my healthy fat intake. I don't feel at all bad eating 1200/cal day. I'm just worried that I will gain it back eating a normal amount. I need to research this.
