FL bound??
So, as you may remember H was in FL last week on vacation and de-stressing. Whenever we visit FL, we talk about how maybe we could live there and then getting home is always so depressing. Well, when H got back on Monday, he mentioned again about moving there and it was honestly the most EXCITED I've ever been about even entertaining that thought. So, I think we are going to look into relocating within the next year or so! I have to finish school first but in the meantime, we'll be searching for a deal!!!!!!

Re: FL bound??
H is a real estate appraiser and getting his FL wouldn't be a problem b/c I think FL is reciprocal with MA in getting the license. He may need to take a course or two. I would need something in human services, preferably in the field of school counseling, since that's what I'm getting my degree in.
BMW - we do own multi-family homes that we rent. We would manage them from FL and have H's brother help manage here in MA. If there's ever a problem, BIL or our electrician friend who's also a great handy man would be just a phone call away.
So yea.... EEEEEEEEEEEEK!!!!!!!!!!!
