Cleaning Floor Tile

I am on the hunt to find something that will clean the tile and the tile grout for my bathroom floor. Since we moved in the house the floor has been washed of course, but I want to do a DEEP clean and see if I can get the grout white again to look basically brand new.

We are about to remodel this bathroom, and would like to keep the tile, but not if we can't get it clean. I was going to hire a company to do it, but Home Depot told me we could do it ourselves. They recommended Zep Mold & Mildew Stain Remover.

Any other recs out there? Has anyone else has this same mission? Is it possible to get the floor looking brand spanking new? It's no telling how long that dirt has been in the floor...

We borrowed a steam cleaner like this from my parents to deep clean the tile and grout in our bathrooms prior to moving into our house. It worked really well!

We clean ours maybe twice a year with vinegar and a toothbrush and then went over it with the shark steam mop. Works great! We did it when we first moved in and I'm pretty sure that the previous owners NEVER cleaned the tile.

Grout- Magic erase worked wonders for ours! Looks BRAND new! I wouldnt do it on the tile.

The majority of our first floor is covered with porous white tiles. (WHAT a nightmare) and when we first moved in, grimy doesn't even begin to describe it! I scrubbed and tried all kinds of cleaners, finally I took a small hand-sander and attached scouring sponges and honestly, spun the dirt out of those things (and the grout)! Didn't even look like the same floor. But, it did take a weekend...
