We are getting new neighbors!
The house next door that has been on the market for about 10 months now has a sold sign out front. This is the house that we share a driveway with so I am very anxious to meet these people. I did see a young couple walking around with an inspector last week.
Fingers crossed they are nice!

We went through that a couple of years ago. we were good friends with our neighbors and then they moved. Then 'numnuts', as my husband called him, moved in, but ended up pretty much being an absent landlord. Didn't do crap around the house. He sold it a few years later to a couple with a little girl right between my girls' ages. I wish they kept their house/yard up a little better but at least they are nice and we trust them to get our mail/paper when were are on vacation.
