Poll and potential topic for discussion - GoDaddy.com
We're currently having this debate in a group that I'm working with. I thought it might make an interesting topic for discussion here.
Would you use GoDaddy.com for their domain registration services?
Pros: They're affordable, easy to work with, and reputable.
Con: Their ads/marketing tend to be racy and promote negative female stereotypes.

How would people know, without some real searching, where you domain is reigstered?
Edit - never mind. I'm working slow today. I was thinking people might be afraid of what other people (in the community) thought of the group for using Go Daddy. Not that people in the group have personal objection.
No one would know.
Maybe I didn't phrase the question right. Would you have any qualms, personlly, about supporting GoDaddy by registering your domain with them?

I voted No because I can't stand the ads they put out, and I have an irrational dislike for Danika Patrick.
We have used them.
One time a sleazy looking older man walked into my old store with 2 20-something girls on his arms. They were both wearing short black skirts and tight godaddy.com tank tops. And heels, of course. He bought them each a handbag.
I hope that wearing the tank tops was the girls only task and that the handbag wasn't their only paycheck. I kid. Kind of.
But we saw a lot of this kind of stuff.
Ahaha - I worked at Louis Vuitton. Loved that job.
