Need ideas...ground beef
I have 2 lbs of ground beef out thawing for supper. And I have no idea what to make with them! Suggestions. It can't be crockpot as I don't get home until 5 and preferably not a tomato base as that will make me miserable tonight. Thanks!

We just made ranch burgers the other night. They were good! A nice change of pace. Just add a ranch packet or Williams Sonoma seasoning to a lb of ground beef.
My stand by is always cavatelli but how about an alfredo lasagna instead so you don't have to suffer?
