Re: Am I forgetting anything?
A notebook and pen to write down the names and who gave what gifts.
Other than that, I think you're good!
Books read in 2012: 21/50
Stripper and penis whistles.

Big, big like the moon...

For the ribbon bouquet, I thought you just took a paper plate. Then cut a slit into the paper plate from the edge up to the center. Then slide the ribbons through the slit. That's what my MOH did, and it worked out perfectly and was super easy.
Put some mints/pretzels/chex/ mix/etc on the tables for people to nibble on, too.
Garbage bags to throw wrapping paper away (They rented a hall for mine and had to supply our own trash bags... so just in case.
)
Things to make coffee (sugar, milk, filters, grounds, etc) and cups. We had the punch with the sprite, hawaiian punch, and sherbert, but lots of people wanted coffee with their cake (especially the older generation grandma, aunts, etc).
EDIT: Wishing well or some place to put cards in.

Sorry about the duplicate quote posts with no actual response - TN hates me today lol. It also wont let me delete them so again - I apologize.
Catarntina - I was quoting you to respond to your ribbon bouquet part - In the past when I've been at showers a lot of guests will use the sticky bows that arent long enough to "pull through" the paper plate so tape is helpful to stick them on and fill out the plate.

I've also seen staples used!
