So the Whats Cooking board started a recipe swap. The request was for easy weeknight meals. I made mine last night and it was awesome. Today, the nestie who got my recipe posted about it and she said it was delicious.
Since its something I pretty much came up with myself, I'm feeling rather damn proud and happy. As I actually squee'd when I saw it. I'm pathetic.
