As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I didnt deliver vaginally so I am not sure if that makes a difference but I am fairly certain (my dr disagreed) that I had my first cycle about 6 weeks after I had L. The reason I think it was that soon was because a month later I had it on the same date and have it within a few days of that every month since I had her.
Not sure if that helps or is just too much information. :-)
