I had an interview today for a school counseling position. It is a very small district and I will be the only counselor in the district.
Any advice for 1st year school counselors?

I am in my 3rd year as a school counselor. Every day is something new.
For me...I learned my first year to plan your days as best you can, but know that something could happen at the drop of a hat and you get nothing done that you thought you would.
