Has anyone tried the Nuva Ring as a form of birth control?? My Dr. recommended and gave me a few months worth of free samples...I am kind of freaked out try try it though, and would love some reviews.
Thanks!!
Re: Nuva Ring
** Shudder ** No way.
To OP, no thoughts on NuvaRing. Me and hormonal birth control do not mix.
Well she is 40, the clock is ticking if she wants a second!
I loved it while I used it.....super easy, wonderful simple...thought free without inserting things long term into my body. unfortunately my body tends to revolt 2 or 3 years into a BC prescription....things....were dry and uncomfortable....i had headaches and i switched to Ortho low (which now makes me feel like a psycho after almost three years.....oi!)
(aside...i think its time to try to NFP TTA but I"m gonna have a hard time talking DH into it LOL )
Getting fit for IVF!
I'm on it and really like it. No side effects for me and I love that I can put it in and not think about it for a nother 3 weeks. I was a little skeptical at first, the whole putting it in part creeped me out for some reason. But it's super easy and you really can't mess it up.
Give it a shot! The worst that can happen is that you won't like it and you'll switch to another form of BC.
I was on it a while ago and loved it. The only reason I went off was because we went on a 7 week road trip and I didn't have the ability to keep it refrigerated. Obviously everyone has different reactions to different BC, so I wouldn't rule it out until you try yourself. This maybe a little TMI, but we when we BIO DH would sometimes get a "ringer" it was hilarious!
Hahahaha
And I had no idea it had to be refrigerated!?
