One of my students told me the other day they aren't calling him Cookie Monster anymore because it promotes bad eating in kids. Is that true?
**Edit** Wikipedia told me it isn't true. "Veggie Monster" is a rumor but Cookie Monster does promote healthy eating in addition to his addiction to cookies. lol

The blog used frosting and coconut colored with blue food coloring...Clint doesn't like coconut so I'll probably just pipe the texture.
I saw it on Sesame Street a few weeks ago (a rerun). The Cookie Fairy gave Cookie the "cookie touch," kind of like the Midas touch. First, he turned all his friends' toys into cookies to share the joy. They got mad. Then, Cookie wanted to eat a tuna sandwich with carrots for lunch, but it turned into a cookie. He also accidentally turned the guy who works in the store into a cookie. The Cookie Fairy came back and undid the cookie touch, so everything went back to normal. Cookie decided that, while cookies are awesome, he doesn't want to eat only cookies.
ETA: I also meant to say - those cupcakes are so cute!!
Those are soooooo cute.
And now, I want cupcakes.
