I was totally proud of myself today. I ran 1.75 miles at 5mph on the treadmill without stopping! I have NEVER been a runner because I'm Chesty LaRou and it's always been hard for me to run. I haven't run more than one mile without stopping since high school. I could have finished the last quarter mile but it was getting late and I wanted to get home.

Re: AW: Gym accomplishment
That's how I did it...Small accomplishments at a time! I ran my fastest 5k this week and I was quite happy! And, take my advice-Double sports bra, non cotton-Only get the wicking kind because it will help protect you against chafing!
Keep up the good work!
I've been running on the treadmill since end of December/beginning of January. Before that I was doing either elliptical/stair climber. I started by doing intervals (sprinting for 60 seconds and walking for two minutes for 30 minutes). Then after a while I started to see how far I can run on days when I don't do weights (when I do weights I go back to interval training for cardio). I started out at a quarter mile without stopping and then a half mile, etc. I've been doing one mile for about 3 weeks or so and today I just let my iPod run and I didn't look at the timer on the treadmill.
I definitely wear at least two bras when I work out. I found a pretty good sports bra that actually fits me from Bali so I wear that and an older bra. I'm a 34 DDD so I have to keep the girls contained lol.
I am a 34 DDD as well. Get the Enell bra. I love them. Yes, the are expensive. Yes, they may give the un-a-boob look but they hold the girls in place!
I've heard of those bras and I've heard they're really good. It's soooo hard to find a DDD bra (regular or sport) that starts at a 34 band. I was buying Wacoal bras until I discovered Bali has a few 34 DDD that I can afford. I was extremely bummed when I out grew Victoria's Secret because I really liked their bras. I really want to get breast reduction surgery but, if I do, I want to wait until after we have kids. My doctor warned me that if I get a breast reduction then it reduces my chances of breast feeding by 50%.
